Gluten Free Blueberry Loaf in a Bag/Jar

Ingredients:

½ cup heavy cream

¼ cup melted butter

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl, once well combined, add dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake in a Bag/Jar

Ingredients: Artisan Flour (Unbleached Hard Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Granulated Sugar (Sucrose), Brown Sugar (Sucrose, Molasses), baking powder, kosher flake salt, Vietnamese Cinnamon. 2 Sticks of Butter

1 Egg
¾ Cup Milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan.

Cake Layer

In a bowl thoroughly mix the dry cake layer ingredients. In a separate bowl,

add 1 stick of butter and place in microwave for 45 seconds to semi melt.

Add 1 tsp of vanilla, 1 egg and ¾ cup of milk and mix all the wet ingredients

together. Add the mixed dry cake ingredients to the wet ingredients.

Filling Layer

Semi melt 3 Tablespoons of butter in microwave in a bowl, about 20

seconds. Add the dry filling ingredients to the butter and mix thoroughly.

Topping

Semi melt 5 Tablespoons of butter in the microwave, about 30 seconds. Add

the dry topping ingredients and mix thoroughly.

To put it all together:

Pour half of the cake batter into the greased 9 x 9-inch pan, smooth to

edges as needed. Sprinkle all of the filling evenly over half of the cake batter in the 9 x 9-inch pan.

Dollop the rest of the cake batter over the filling, then spread it out carefully and evenly over the filling.

Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter evenly and press lightly to adhere to cake batter.

Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Ingredients for Rice Crispie Squares: Rice, sugar, salt, malt extract, preservative (tocopherols). Instructions:

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add marshmallows to melted butter.

Melt marshmallows over low heat. Once melted, fold in rice cereal to combine.

Working quickly, place cereal and marshmallow mixture into an 8 or 9 inch square pan.

Sprinkle evenly with desired toppings, and using wax paper or parchment, press toppings into warm rice crispie treats, distributing the treats to all corners of the pan.

Let cool (approx 10-15 min). Cut into squares and enjoy!

5 Tablespoons water
1/2 Cup of Cinnamon Sugar (50/50 mix) or BD Provisions Organic Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix dry ingredients until uniform and add 5 Tablespoons cool water. Mix 30 seconds on low speed and scrape bowl and blades. Mix another 30 seconds on low.

Pour ½ cup cinnamon sugar mixture onto a flat plate. Take a tablespoon of the dough, form into a ball, and then roll into cinnamon sugar mixture.

Place on greased cookie sheet and repeat with the remaining mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet while warm and cool on rack.

Instructions: 

• In a large bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup milk, 2 eggs, and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla.

• Add contents of muffin mix bag to wet ingredients.

• Stir together just until mixed.

• Pour batter into a greased muffin pan. Bake at 375°F for 20-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Allow to cool 5-10 minutes and then remove muffins to wire rack to cool completely.

Yields 12 muffins.
