Lemon Cake Mix Recipe

You Will Need To Add:

1 1/3 cup water

1 egg

Recipe:

Pour lemon cake mix into a mixer, add water and egg. Mix on medium speed with paddle for 2 to 3 minutes.

Scrape bowl and paddle.

Pour batter into greased and floured or paper lined tray of either a 12 muffins tray or a 9" round pan

Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes in the 9” round pan or for 15-18 minutes if you are using the muffin tray.

Reese's Pieces Gluten-Friendly Cookie Mix

You will Need to Add:

4 oz softened butter or 4 oz softened brown butter

1 large egg

2 tablespoons water

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cookie flour with mix inx with softened butter. Beat the egg with the water until pale yellow, then add to the cookie mixture. Mix well.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Rest for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Place cookies on a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

You will need:

1 or 2 sticks of room temperature butter (If you like your cookies cakelike use 1 stick of butter, if you like it soft and chewy use 2 sticks of butter)

1 egg

2 tsp vanilla

Directions: 

In a large bowl, combine mix and butter ( 1 cup room temperature butter).  Add in the 1 egg and 2 tsp vanilla.

Stire together until well mixed.

Place 2 Tablespoons of cookie dough, at least 3 inches apart, on a prepared cookie sheet.  Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes or until the edges become golden.  Let the cookies cool for at least 20 minutes.  Enjoy

RECIPE:

3 3/4 cups Brownie mix (Bin 1008)
¾ cup warm water 

Combine mix and water. Stir with a spoon until combined.  Spread batter evenly in a well-greased 9×9 pan and add your Holiday Sprinkles or Gems on top. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. 

If you prefer a thinner brownie, use a 9×13 cake pan.

Cinnamon Muffins

Ingredients:

BATTER:

2 cups BD All Purpose Flour

2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon -Salt

1/2 teaspoon BD Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon BD Ground Nutmeg

1/2 cup BD Sugar

1/3 cup BD Brown Sugar 


2 Large Eggs

2/3 cups - BD Organic Arbequina Olive Oil

1 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 

 

TOPPING:

3/4 Cup BD Flour

1/2 Cup BD Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Vietnamese Cinnamon

5 tablespoons Melted Butter

 Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 prepare your 12-cup muffin tin 

2. In a small bowl, mix together the dry topping ingredients with the melted butter for the crumble topping. Set aside.

3. In a bowl, whisk together the contents of baking mix

4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, milk and vanilla 

5. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and whisk just until combined (some lumps are ok - do not overmix).

6. Fill each muffin tin about 3/4 full with the batter. Then, sprinkle about a tablespoon (or however much you feel) of the crumble evenly over the surface of each muffin.

7. Bake for 22 - 26 minutes, or until the top of the muffin is firm and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (a couple crumbs are ok, but no wet batter). 

8. Let the muffins cool in the tin for about 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to continue cooling.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Empty Contents of bag or jar into a large bowl.  Stir gently to incorporate all the dry ingredients.  Add wet ingredients (butter, water, vanilla and eggs).  Mix well with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.  Drop by a tablespoonful onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until tops are dry and edges are set.

1 and 3/4 Cups BD All Purpose Flour

1 Teaspoon BD Baking Soda

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Generously grease a 12-count muffin pan

Mix together contents of baking mix (dry ingredients) in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients (vegetable oil, eggs, and pumpkin puree)

Slowly pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir until everything is smoothly mixed together

Pour batter into prepared if muffins pan and bake for 35-40 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

High Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

2 Tbsp of BD Peanut Butter
1/4 cup of greek yogurt
1 serving of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbsp of BD Local Honey
1Tbsp of BD Almond Flour
2 Tbsp of your favorite chocolate chip from BD Provisions

Instructions:
Heat peanut butter in microwave for 10 seconds
Mix together peanut butter, greek yogurt, and honey.
Add in vanilla protein powder and almond flour and stir.
Add in chocolate chips and stir again until combined.
Let sit in the freezer for 10 min and enjoy! Store leftovers in fridge.

Yields 1-2 servings

BD Sangria Mix in a Jar

You will need:

2/3 Cup Brandy*

750ml Red Wine*

1 Cup Fruit juice (limeade or fruit punch)

Fresh fruit chunks and or slices (i.e. apples, oranges, peaches, pears)

*You can substitute a non-alcoholic alternative beverage of your choosing

 

Instructions:

Add brandy and red wine to the 32 oz jar Sangria kit. Shake and let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Strain Sangria kit into a pitcher. Add fruit juice and fresh fruit slices or chunks you prefer.

Pour over ice and enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

Brown Sugar, Dehydrated lime, Dehydrated Orange, Dehydrated Lemon, Freeze dried Cherries, Ceylon Cinnamon

Sweet Potato Waffles

Ingredients:

3 Small Sweet Potatoes, baked and peeled
1 ½ Cups BD Gluten Free Rolled Oats
2 tsp BD baking powder
1 tsp BD Pumpkin Pie Spice
½ tsp BD Salt
3 Large Eggs
1 ½ cups Buttermilk
1 tbsp BD Olive Oil
1 tsp Grated Orange Zest
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
BD Cardamom Maple Syrup and BD Pecans for serving

 

Instructions:

Put GF Rolled Oats in a blender or food processor and blend until in forms a flour-like consistency.

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl (oat flour, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt) and set aside.

In a blender process sweet potatoes, eggs, buttermilk, oil, orange zest and vanilla; process until combined. 

Add in dry ingredients and blend until uniform.

Preheat waffle iron until hot and coat with cooking spray.  Spoon batter into waffle mold and cook until golden brown and crispy.  Repeat as needed until no more batter remains.

Serve with pecans and Cardamom Maple syrup.

Yields 6 servings
