Long Grain White Rice (Bin 2187), Non GMO Jasmine Rice (Bin 1171) and Organic White Basmati Rice (Bin 1360))

1 cup Rice
2 cups Water

Place 1 cup long grain white rice in a 2 qt. saucepan. Add 2 cups cold water, heat to boiling. Cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer till water is absorbed, 20 minutes.

Makes 6 cups.
