2 cups water
1 cup Rice Pilaf Blend
Bring water to a boil, add rice and bring back to a boil. Reduce temperature to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir once, after that do not stir. Remove from heat. Cover and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Yields 2-3 servings
