1 cup Ruby Rice Pilaf (Bin 1169)
2 1/4 cups water
Bring water to a boil. Add mix, return to a boil. Stir only once. Reduce heat to simmer for 35-45 min, covered. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and let steam for 10-15 min. Fluff with a fork and serve.
