1 cup Lentil Pilaf (Bin 1176)
Bring water to a boil. Add rice and bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Stir once, after that don ot stir. Remove from heat. Cover and let steam for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and
serve.
