Italian Wedding Soup


2 ½ cups water

½ cup BD Provisions Italian Wedding Soup Mix (Bin 1619)

¼ lb. cooked tiny meatballs or cubed, cooked meat.


Pour water into a heavy bottomed kettle; add the soup mix and bring to a boil, stirring regularly to avoid sticking.

Reduce the heat to a low boil; simmer for 8 minutes, stirring frequently; add the cooked meat; return to boil.

Remove from the burner and cover for 5 minutes. Serve.
